fuel presure help wanted here!
hi every one, i have a 91 auto with some top end mods { mild cam, heads, intake, headers, throttle body, air filter.....} with buschIII 24lb injectors, im working on tunning it by my self, what is the right fuel pressure for it, and do i need to adjust it in the tune software too or its only on the fuel presure regulator???

i had it set to 45 psi with engine idleing and vacum applied, it used to be 38 or less with the stock fpr, i just set it now for 46 { which is the lowest i could go with the AFPR} with the vacum line dissconected and source plugged, and when its plugged it reads 38 on idle, and my wide band is still showing the car running too rich, i just finished replacing the O2 sensor just in case its not reading right, and no change!! the car runs rich on idle exceeding the wide band reading and even when i drive it or put it on cruse control in the freeway!!
