Default Modding an 85 vette.... ideas?
If I end up getting my dad's vette (he has no use for it anymore and he knows I like it), what can be done to it? Is it worth looking into putting an LT1 or even possibly an LS1 in it, if the car only has 31K miles on it?

If this happens this would be my very first project and I'd like to get some ideas.

With some heads and cam you can have a 12s Vette; you've got mail.

Is it an Auto or a Manual? As 65Z01 said, heads are the best, an exhaust would be next, then a cam-shaft.
