Thanks for the obvious
We exchanged messages and he seemed intent on "explaining" his pricing over the phone.I asked for a simple quote.Nothing MORE,nothing less.

Looks like I will buy the cats(elsewhere) and do it myself.

My smart comment was'nt meant directly for you.More at the idea that I need to have this explained to me.All I want is the price.I can make my own decisions from there.Even told him so(and that I was aware of the high price of the item in general)and again asked for a quote.
No response.
I will stop pi**ing on this thread now.

Darn - I wish I lived closer to you guys! Fingers crossed someone will volunteer

Can you PM me with a price for the C492-96CAT - 2.5" Catted Leads

This would match up with the stock resonator right?

Thanks!

Great that you are making a nice system for us but most LTX guys from my 12 years of ownership go with 1 3/4" primaries. TPIS, EM etc all have been offering 1 3/4 for years.

What would be cool, is seeing a LT header system with a merge collector and spike like the LG guys make for the c5/6. I don't understand why modern headers need to look like the same stuff used on the 50s iron.

If I remember correctly (although at my age my memory fails me more and more often) back when I bought my complete package of headers RT cats and lead pipes (these match up to the resonator ) you needed to specify if you had an A4 vs. MN6 as the bends for the lead pipes are different depending on the trans.

Also back at that time they did not sell the RT cats & lead pipes seperately from the headers .... it may be different now however.

For those of you who are not familiar with them, we offer them in 1-5/8" primaries and three different lead pipe configurations.

C492-96 - 3" Offroad leads

C492-96OR - 2.5" Offroad Leads

C492-96CAT - 2.5" Catted Leads

C492-96EXH -2.5" catback with X-pipe

Silly question I hope.. An LT1 has below center bolt holes and you have on center like a 265 or 283.. How does that line up with a LT1 bolt pattern?????

I have a set of SW LT's, an x-pipe, and high-flow mufflers. Take a listen to the sweet sound:

I apologize, I totally missed this question.

The LT1 bolt pattern is exactly the same as a GEN 1 SBC bolt pattern.

thank you for supporting the c4. I can only speak for myself, but there is def a demand for 1 3/4" and possible even 1 7/8".

Im currently running TPIS longtubes with 1 3/4" primaries.

BTW! you mention you post in chagrin falls ! I live about 15 miles from you!!
