Default Stainless Works LT1 Header

Hey guys, I just got done shooting new photos of our LT1 headers and figured I would share.

For those of you who are not familiar with them, we offer them in 1-5/8" primaries and three different lead pipe configurations.

C492-96 - 3" Offroad leads

C492-96OR - 2.5" Offroad Leads

C492-96CAT - 2.5" Catted Leads

C492-96EXH -2.5" catback with X-pipe

Unfortunately we are only able to do 1-5/8". There was a thread a month or so ago on here in regards to a bigger primary header. I threw out there if there was a demand, and we were able to get a car, we would be willing to step up. But no one ever PM'd or called me.

Give me a ring in regards to doing a 3" catted version.

The 3" O/R kit is going for $1,113.55.

Thanks!

I would love to try a 1 3/4 to see the hp/tq difference on my 383.
Can you pm me a price for the C492-96CAT - 2.5" Catted Leads
I am running a Corsa catback(and your 1 5/8 headers) if it matters.
Thank you.

will your headers with offroad pipes(no cats) bolt up to my Corsa's on a 95,without going to a muffler shop?
Are 92-96 all the same when you delete the cats?
I found some of your pipes and headers,it said for 92-96

Our lead pipes go to the factory connection point, so it should bolt up to most aftermarket exhaust systems.

Yes, our headers and leads will work for 92-96 cars.

I bought your headers for my 95 A4 several years ago when the corvette kid worked with you to set up a GP and have been very happy with them for what must be the past 50,000 miles

This is the first time that I've seen your cat-back system.

What does it sell for?

IS this designed as a slip fit to your header/ TR cats/ extention pipe setup?

I presume that the x-pipe is in place of the stock central resonator?

I presume that the x-pipe ships as a separate piece?

Do you sell the x-pipe alone?

Thanks

50,000 Miles, awesome!! Thanks!

The catback sells for $1120.

You are correct, the X-pipe is in the same location as the stock resonator, and no it does not ship seperate, it comes with the catback.

I can sell just the X-pipe, which would be $350.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Do you make or will you consider making "off road" pipes that bolt up to the factory exhaust manifoild and to the factory exhaust or any other cat back system without cats for our LT1 corvette.
Myself and many others on here have been looking for some.they make them for up to 91 only.
I think this would be a good seller for you.
Also most would like a bolt on aplication because muffler shops will not put pipes in place of our cats, even if its for off road use only.

Thanks

I appreciate the suggestion! We could do something like that, provided we had enough people interested, and a donor car for R&D. PM or call me and we can talk more.

Thanks!

Are the exhaust ports on the stock LT1 heads round or D-shaped? Do these headers match the ports? Looks like a really nice product you guys have there

So you need a list of people and someone in Ohio willing to let you use there car as a test car to get the dimmensions correct?
What do you think the cost would be?
Would the donor car get the pipes for free?

They are round port flanges (you can see the ports in the pics above.) The factory D-port is approximately 1.443 x 1.520. Our round port flanges are 1.625". Slightly larger, but will flow the best.

Thanks!
