89 Coupe 350 TPI. Here's my challenge:
*Infrequent stall while idling, engine warm.
*Occasional hesitation while warm.
*Occasional SES light. Goes on then turns off.
No other anomalies.
Replaced air filter.
Removed and cleaned MAF sensor.
Replaced burn-off and power relays.
Checked connections, clean no corrosion.
Symptoms remain.
Any ideas? If I need an MAF sensor will one other than Bosch suffice? Thanks

Reason: Omitted year
I'd clear the stored trouble code(s) and drive the thing until it triggers the trouble code again to ensure that your not looking at an old stored code. If the 33 code reappears then there you go - maf issue.
If there are not new codes thrown then you'll want to do some more checking/diagnostics of course.
It may not be related to your situation but I'll throw it out there anyway incase the 33 (MAF) trouble code doesn't reappear and the same problem persist - know that the OEM fuel injectors (non ethenol compliant) have been problematic for many '89 corvette owners in recent years since ethenol mix/blend has become common place at gas stations/retailers.
Sometimes the code 33 is because of the condition the engine experienced just before a stall, but it isn't the reason the engine stalled. Check the basics first: timing, fuel pressure, fireflies under the hood in the dark. Listen for vacuum leaks. Remove and clean the IAC. Reset the idle speed, the IAC and the TPS. Most of the procedures are found in tech tips or by searching this forum.
If you decide you do need a MAF, I recently got a rebuilt Bosch unit for short money at Pep Boys. I think it was listed as a Borg-Warner part.
