Otherwise with Factory C5 GM Wheels, They would be sitting in about 3/4INCH to far Inward.

Search the Archives for more info on Wheel adapters for C4's, and in the C3 Archives too. The C3 Guys use our C4 wheels on their cars Also, for Closed Course Road Racing.
There are Dozens of Great tips in the both C4 & C3 Corvette Forum Archives dating back to 2001. Take a few hours for you to read them all. But make time to read them all. Its worth it.

I recently Purchased a set of 1990 ZR-1 Factory Wheels and Tires(CAME FROM A 19,000 MILE CAR) from another Forum Member and Installed them on my 1987 Convertible. I read the Archives in C4 & C3. That answered my question on what I needed to do to install them onto my car.
The 1984-1987 cars use a 38 mm wheel offset with 9.5inch X 16inch wheels.
The 1988-1996 Cars use a 56 MM Wheel Offsets.
The 1990-1995 ZR-1 Rear Wheels use a 36 MM Wheel Offset.
Those Giant 11inch X 17inch Rear Rims with Good Year GSC's P315/35ZR17 Tires Fit Perfectly under the Rear Wheelhouses of my 1987 VERT. No Wheel adapters required in the Rear.
Do Your own Research. Its Very Worthwhile.

did the C5 thin spokes come in 19"? I thought they were 17"
I have an 85 and I had to use spacers, I am running 19x10 rear, 18x8.5 front C6 GM rims. They sit perfectly flush with 3/4" spacers. i think they are 3/4" not sure
