Start by checking the brake fluid level.

Your brake system needs checking out. You also need the help of an ABS tester, most GM dealers have a tester. Ign sw has to be in run for the radio to work.

ok I have a 97 camaro and when I turn the ignition backwards from off position the accesory power comes on and radio can be used. So what my vette is doing is normal? Ive just never seen this before.

the car is full of brake fluid however the brake sensor on the master cylinder is unplugged because the pigtail is damaged

If the fluid level sensor isn't working the ABS light will come on. If the pedal sinks to the floor under light pressurer, the master cylinder is leaking internally and needs to be replaced.
