Default antenna help please

I was trying to replace the mast. I have everything removed, but I can't figure out how to get the antenna lead to come off of the unit.
It seems to be hard wired in there with no disconnection point.
Any Help?

Open the hatch and remove the driverside plastic trim and i think the center one too start with just driver side. It is held on with philp head screws and the ones for the latch for the shade. If yous antenna motor is shot I would love to have it I need a couple pieces of hardware off it.

Thanks. I was hoping not to have to deal with the hatch area, cause my aftermarket speakers are a pain to deal with. Oh well. It's just the mast I need to change out. I have done everything from lowering the front and back to changing the condenser, but this is kicking my butt.
