I have one on my '96. I've only compared it to an '84 Z51 spring on the same car, and then compared that to stock FE3 springs on other cars. It's in between, but pretty stiff. Stiffer than I like, so I'm replacing it with the '96 Z51 spring, if I can ever find a front one.

I run the VBP rear sport spring on my 95. Bought years ago from MAM or Ecklers? I think it's a #360lb ? I'll have to look at the label on the spring. I also run the longer spring bolts.It's a little stiffer than the old stock NYU spring but with QA1 adjustable shocks,it rides pretty good. My shock settings have more of an effect on ride comfort and handling than the extra added spring pressure.
