I have a 1993 vette and when I started it this morning the ARS light came on and the service engine light came on. At first when I would give it gas it would hesitate, then it had a little higher idle. I drove it and when I got it up to 3000 rpms it would hesitate real bad. Any advice?

Guessing - optispark time.
If you didn't have SES light I'd guess ICM/coil.
You have to pull the codes first, be really expensive to just replace parts and not know what is wrong with it.
