Default Mini Ram fuel issue

The rear 4 cylinder plugs are much richer than the front 4 cylinders??
The miniram fuel log is plumbed from the rear, the balance tube is also on the rear as is the regulator and return. Thinking about putting a balance tube on the front of the log but I'm doubting that is the problem. Anybody have this issue before?

`I had no issues with my Mini. It does need a good tune to make it run good. Are you running a stock chip ?

I have never done a mini ram but never in over 2 decades had the inlet and outlet on the same end as the crossover. The job at hand is to get fresh cool fuel to all the injectors so at the least i would have the fuel in at one side run the length of the rail crossover to the other side and go back to the regulator on the end. If you were to take it off and used flex line you can pull it straight so it is 75312468 if that makes any sense. Given a choice 2 lines in run the length and then 2 lins back to a remote regulator.

Me too. I don't know about "much" richer, but on mine the back four plugs are definitely richer than the front. I always figured though that it was an air flow / air distribution problem rather than fuel distribution. Regardless, I'm running an Accel DFI and I've got it set up to calculate X% less fuel to injectors 5,6,7 and 8 during parts of the fuel map (I dont' think I'm doing this at idle or WOT, just for highway driving conditions).

Hi Mike,

With a 12.0 target AFR in PE (Power Enrichment), your tune is set a bit on the rich side. Its also relatively heavy with respect to AE (Acceleration Enrichment) due to the injector size.

You may want to lean things out a little to find a happy medium across all of the plugs.

Has been well documented over the years
Airflow to rear ports is different than flow to front ones

I talked to Jim @ TPIS and his take was the reversion with the big cam at idle was probably the issue. I did do a hard pull and a clean shut down after installing the BW maf(clutch and kill engine after 3rd gear wot) and looked at the easy plugs to get to without too many burns and both ends looked the same. I need to get off my butt and learn how to tweak my tune.
