Default ARH for C4 Corvette... Finally!!

Yes we know, it took long enough. After countless requests and a window of opportunity, we finally have high quality header systems for your 1984-1996 C4. Pictured is our direct fit system for the 92-96 LT1 Corvette. It’s made to work with your factory mufflers and splices in at the rear axle. The headers come with or with the emissions fittings for the 92-96 models. We do not offer emissions fittings for the L98. Like all ARH systems, these are US made using high quality 304 S/S, 3/8” thick flanges with hand ported inlets, excellent primary routing, merge collectors with scavenger spikes and 3” X-pipe with or without our 200 cell metallic substrate cats. Primary sizes are 1-3/4” and for high powered applications we offer a 1-3/4” X 1-7/8” stepped header.

Anyone whose interested in learning more about the system including price please PM me, email me or call the shop at 631-608-1986. With thousands of happy C5, C6 and ZO6 customers, we’re sure we’ll meet or exceed your expectations in quality and performance. Thanks. http://www.americanracingheaders.com/C4_Corvette.html

I have ARH headers for my 08 Z06. Great quality, great procuct. ARH has made many C6Z owners happy. I'm sure the quality is as good for the C4 Vettes. Nick, do these fit the 84-90 Vettes? Willie

Glad to finally see someone coming out with a ACTUAL product for the C4. I've grown tired of seeing threads popping up on these forums from companies "looking for interest" in releasing new stuff, then when they get the interest from forum members, they back out and you never hear from them again.

It's nice to finally see a company that can actually deliver a REAL product and not just empty promises

I'm interested in replacing the EM long tubes I'm currently running because 2 of the primaries on the passenger side header sit right up against the frame causing a vibration throughout the car. I've long since gotten used to it, but I still want to replace them with a properly fitting header.

The only thing that's stopping me from placing an order, is that $1500+ is a lot of money to spend on something no one seems to have any experience with. I got burned pretty bad with my EM's to the tune of over a $1000+, and wound up with a poorly fitting product and customer support that left me high and dry when I needed them. I don't want to make the same mistake again with an even more expensive set of hedders 'know what I mean?

If I knew those things fit perfectly without issue, I'd place an order in no time flat...

My car's a '92 LT1 6 speed.

I'm interested in your stepped 1 3/4" - 1 7/8" headers and 3" xpipe. Don't need cats nor smog fittings on the headers.

If you had any more pic's, I'd appreciate it if you posted them.

PS. - You ship to Canada?

If so, what's the turn-around time on producing a set of these headers based on what I mentioned above or do you have any in stock?

Thanks in advance!

Also, I really like the idea of using stainless steel since my EM's are also rusting through after barely a year on the car despite being ceramic coated.

I'm only saying this to prove that I'm seriously interested in your headers because I want to get rid of the ones I'm running now. I'm not just some "tire-kicker" if you catch my drift.

Out of curiosity, do you happen to have any pictures of those headers installed on a C4?

Pic's of your stepped design?

I'm curious to see what the clearance is between the primaries and the frame, especially on the drivers side. How's the ground clearance? Are these headers a direct "bolt-on" or are there any modifications necessary to get them to fit as there are with most other C4 headers?

The only thing that's stopping me from placing an order, is that $1500+ is a lot of money to spend on something no one seems to have any experience with. Other than me being half Canadian-Mom's side, and having not spent $$$ on headers already, everything you just said was rolling through my head while I was fixated on the pic of those headers. They look awesome. I'll look for the reply

Guys, The headers clear everything very well and ground clearance will only be a problem if you do a 20 foot cliff jump. With regards to customer service, I can assure you you'll never find better than ARH. In everything we do, customer satisfaction is at the top of the list. I have more pics but they're still raw. The picture above was set up for my website. I'll ask Anthony to post more. I terms of quality, please do a search on this forum. We are a top notch company that uses only US made materials, something we take a lot of pride in. We do ship to Canada.

LT1 C4, I'd love to chat with you about your upgrades. The turn around time is about a week to 10 days as systems are in production right now. I appreciate your interest. I assure you we won't let you down. Thanks.

i was up on your website the other day and saw the writeup on these. no pics of them, i need l98 application. what i need is some pics of emmision hookups to see what would be involved in fabbing something up to hook everything up. also would need exhaust pipes going to mufflers. i will be calling and talking to your tech department.

Thanks guys. I'm glad to like them. The under shot photo above was taken as the car was going back together. As you can see, tube routing and cat location was set up to take advantage of all available space. Groun larance is no problm at all.

You're in luck as they fit your L98. As mentioned in the original post, the air tubes aren't available. I was told that most want those eliminated from the system anyway.

Bump!

Any idea on that shipping cost to my address? I just realized my PM box was full so I may not have received a PM back if you sent one earlier.

I've emptied out my mail box so whenever you can get back to me, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Still interested in the 1 3/4" - 1 7/8" stepped headers with 3" xpipe and no smog or cats.

How's the fit on a 92-96 vert with the X-frame? My 3" B&B doesn't have enough room and hits when a bump is hit.
Could you flatten the pipes as they cross the X-frame? It wouldn't take much.
