I am hoping someone could answer a couple of noob questions:
Would underhood temps. be a lot worse or possibly the same with the headers versus stock manifolds?
Also would a tune be required on a relatively stock LT4?
What is the advantage of stepped headers?

Strick, I'd need to see where the ovaling needs to be done. I may be able to do it. I'm going to inquire with a couple of shops that have excellent C4 experience about the brace and I'll PM you with information. Thanks.
