Default Bolt torque specs
1989 vette l-98
need bolt torque for fuel rails & plenum runners

fuel rail to intake manifold 15 to 22 lbs

For the life of me, I can't find the torque on the plenum runners. From MEMORY, I believe they are 25 lbs.

Covers are about 60 inch pounds or 5 foot pounds, if my memory is still working.
