Best I can tell you is the stock 350 hit 250hp with 350tq.
Best aftermaket article I saw had it making 410hp (at 4400rpms) with 500ft/lbs of torque at 3800rpms. That was on a full-tilt 383 in the "Ten Times the Torque" TPI shootout. That's probably about their practical limit.
Those numbers were on a dyno. IOW, FW power.
For reference, a shorter runner intake (like the miniram or stealth ram) hit 500hp over the same motor. Plus, their torque production was almost the same -- though about 1000 rpms higher than the TPI.
Thank you, it does anwer my question. Your right I should have ask the question differently. I should have ask can the stock intake support 400 hp and if not what would my best way to get there..
