idling issues

Default idling issues
My trusty 1987 Corvette is having some issues. First during the summer, it developed an unwillingness to idle properly when at operating temperature.
Now, it has gone over to when you start the motor. Starts right up but, will not idle properly.
Need some suggestions.

check your vacum hoses, my 87 had same probs, most all of the hoses were rotten at the fittings, with engine running , spray wd40 when idle goes up , its a leak.
