A word of caution about metric bolt sizes- they are called out by diameter and thread pitch, and there are at least two pitches for every diameter. We commonly refer to bolt sizes, fractional or metric, by the size of the wrench they take, and while this is more or less enough for fractional, in my experience, metric bolt head sizes can vary for the same size diameter.
