[4+3]: Removal

[4+3]: Removal
Been working on this all day and have another question. What the heck do I do with this vent tube? I didn't try yanking it off, figured I'd come here first. The tube runs all the way into the engine compartment and the service manual does not mention it.

Can you take it with you ,I mean the tranny? Reassemble it after
it is out of the car. Never done a 4+3 but trying to help!!

Thanks...you have me racking my brain trying to remember where mine went...I know it didn't connect to anything where you took your pic. For some reason I am thinking a drain hose. Maybe where the hood meets the windshield.

That tube comes out with the transmission. It just sits between the bellhousing and the firewall. My Helm book does show a picture of its routing. See picture below
