WOT vs Open Loop AFR settings Question
'87 with tuner pro and 32B xdf ... Do the Wide Open Throttle vs coolant temp settings for Air fuel ratio replace the Open loop settings ? Or do they stack ( add ) together ?

The WOT settings are used when the car is in PE mode and replace the open loop settings. The open loop settings are used when the car is first started and is not using the O2 sensor to determine AFR.

................... Thanks ..... Do the settings made to open loop affect the AFR / BLM's in closed loop ? or is closed loop decided strictly by maps / blocks preset in the ECM ? ..... And , is the six degree initial advance setting added to ... or included in ... the spark advance tables ? ............

The setting in open loop do not affect closed loop and the 6 degrees initial advance is included in the spark advance table. In other words what the table shows is assuming the 6 degrees initial is set correctly.

.......... Thank you , sir ............ with cam , head , and intake mods ... including larger fuel injectors , How do you adjust the BLM's to get them into the 128 sweet spot ?
