poping when I down shift

Well I have an update on this.... Looks like it is a combination of a lot of things.. :D
I took the car to the shop last week and it finaly made the noise while the mechanice was in the car.
It looks like it is due to the age of the exhaust and the letting up of the gas that is causing it. No line were bad or loose etc.
He said it was not a problem and that it would not hurt the car. It was strictly in the exhauset. Since the exhause is still sold I do nt see a problem at this time and I will monitor it to see if it gets worse. At that time I guess it will be replacement time for the factory system.
I am just glad it is nota $$$$$ problem. :p:
