On my 95, LT-1 Coupe, 82K, the guide stop on drvrs window broke and of course scratched the pillow post paint. I ordered replacements for both sides along with weaterstripping, etc. Upon taking the window apart I found two (2) broken guide stops. Is this normal or is there some adjustment not discussed in the FSM? Both broken stops are broken around the window bolt and apppear to be broken from full up contact, which seems normal, just 2 in 82 K miles seems a bit many. What kind of experience are you guys seeing with this window part?
The drivers side I replaced with the new part is broke again! I wish I could find or make some from some other material. I believe the passenger side is also broke now. It looks like I'll be doing this again soon.

I believe it's Very Common both my 96' & 95' broke. I did, However, put Epoxy in the Cavities... realy helps add strength. So far after 2 years,no problems. Knock on wood.
