Default dampers

i have a few things done to my car and i dont think that the stock damper is the way to go. i don't have the money for an ati. i do have a jegs keyed hub installed on the car at the moment. was looking into JEGS #555-51605 as i already have the hub. supposedly fluiddamper doesn't make one for the y body. although from what i have seen the f's and y's use the same hub according to jegs. which i would believe cause i have the proper hub on my car but they also say the dampers are the same yet on ati's site they say the dampers are the same and the hubs are different. i don't know if that is just between manufacturers or what.. i cant remember or find any links telling the difference. anyone want to clear things up or send any recommendations?

fyi the car is a 96

I am pretty sure F bodies and Y bodies have different dampers. The ribs the belt rides on is positioned differently betweeen the two.

Maybe someone else can chime in, but it seems like there is a difference between F body and Y body dampers.
