I first thought that the coil was defective. But if you replaced it with a new one, can't be that. You did not say if you have recently replaced the fuel filter. It could be that. Only two things could cause that problem described, lack of spark or lack of fuel. It seems like you took care of the spark part with the replacement of all of those parts. So you need to see if there is fuel pressure after the car dies and will not restart. I would also check to verify that spark is present at that time. This will verify a few things and atleast point us in the right direction. Since no codes are present, we can't use that for diagnosing the problem. Let us know what you find out and we can go from there.

Good Luck!

considering the RPMs where it craps out, it could be a bad catalytic converter.

It is not impossable for a new coil to be bad.

How are the wires??

For what it is worth, my $.02 thinks it's somewhere in the fuel system..like a fuel pump. Check the fuel pressure immediatly after it dies out........

will do thanx again guys ..now that it is mentioned i do have a noise coming from the drivers side cat. it kinda rattles could that really cause that magnitude of a problem? The fuel filter was changed about 10k ago so what I'll be looking for is simply spark and ending fuel pressure? I'll let you know!
Thanx again !
