Grease
For my grease gun, I need to get a cartridge of grease for when I change my UJ's. Will any automotive high melting point bearing grease do?

Usually the answer is yes.
Just make sure it has a high melting point.
Mobil Grease, the Blue stuff is great.
Kendall Blue also great if you are able to find it.
Or Royal Purple synthetic grease.
All available in Cartridges for your Grease Gun.
Use a quality grease and the U-joints and chassis parts on your Vette will live a long life.

I have to ask,...........
You never have greased any of the upper and lower ball joints, Front outer tie rods, and outer rear toe - tie rods on your Corvette ?
If not, you should grease them at every oil change.

I use the Valvoline Synpower synthetic grease. It doesn't leak out the zerk fitting like other greases can.
I don't grease ujoints since I use sealed ujoints.

Oh I see, I don't call those chassis parts, I just call them by the names you outlined. Though I don't recall seeing a grease nipple on any of those. I'll take a closer look.
