thanks again, havent been able to get an new (another orifice and pressure switch, Im in Alabama all the road and interstates are closed due to freexing rain. Was tinkering with the car some more. I will just wait until those are replaced until I try anything else. It seems like it works fine expect for low pressure, with 2 lb of freon is still cycles then its doesnt want to take even another 1/4 lb mopre of freon but when I get close to 3 lbs it stop cycling. Weird.

Think I miss-read something and was a bit off in my last post.
But in regard to cycling, it should cycle at 60 depending on blower fan setting and outside air temperature. But when you say you have to add Freon to get it to stop cycling, that comment is confusing. It should cycle periodically (not every 5 seconds). If you fill it too much, that would keep the pressure so high on the low side it might not cycle. If the pressure does not get low enough the cycle switch will not open up.
