Difference in head casting #'s ??

Difference in head casting #'s ??
I'm looking at buying a set of L92 heads, but I see there are a few different casting #'s out there for what seem like the same heads, specifically casting # 823 and #821. Is there a physical or performance difference, or is there a casting # that I should stay away from for some reason?
