Use the search, somebody bought OBX headers before. I don't think I ever saw them post up whether they fit or not. The consensus on the forum was that they look like F-body headers. Let's hope I'm wrong and the guy posted up that they fit.

You need to read the fine print. Ebay dont guarantee chit. Paypal MAY be able to protect/refund IF seller has money in the PP account. If not your screwed. Best way to protect yourself is pay with a CC or Postal Money Order.

Its a huge seller with great ratings, don't worry about the seller scamming you, worry about if the part will properly fit a C4

edit: also you can try the hedman headers that was in a thread a few days ago, those were like $180 IIRC

OK, so the previous OBX headers were for an F body.
THese look similar to the stainless works headers I have in my 92.
If they are an exact copy of the stainless works header they will fit better than the stock exhaust manifolds.

Since you have a 93 the O2 bung on the passenger side after the cat will need to be plugged.

I didn't use any of the supplied extensions after the cats, just went to my local muffler shop and had them weld straight pipes to the LT1 mufflers.

Here is a lOT of reading about OBX headers. This particular thread (and header) is for the C6, but the priciples are the same.
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-t...s-in-here.html

I'd take the risk and buy 'em...but I have the means to MAKE them work if there were issues. Not everyone can deal with that. You won't find much feed back with expereince here...yet.

Man I wish I would have known about this 6 months ago when I decided to purchase a set of TPIS headers. Although used albeit, it would have been so nice to have put on a set of headers with a fresh coat of ceramic.

The OBX headers are a complete rip off of other companies designs. Try finding a phone # for OBX - all they have is an email address. Good luck trying to get tech support. I betcha they dont even have a manufacturing facility.

If you want a true genuine American made header that was designed and manufactured in the USA using only the best U.S materials, take a look at our product.

Lets see their manufacturing process...Here's ours -

Thanks!

From what I've read OBX' quality and fitment is hit and miss. If you hit, great. If you miss, good luck on the customer service.

Price may win in the short term, but long term - lets see what kind of shape those headers will be in 2, 5, and 10 years down the road.

Essentially you guys have one of the best American made sports cars ever made. I would assume one would have pride in the fact that its American Made, and that it is designed and manufactured here. Why put a product on that kind of car in which the manufacture blatantly steals other peoples designs, has no customer service and is made offshore??

I hate to rant, but they are doing this to everyone, including us.

Also, anyone that wants to see our manufacturing process in person, I will be more than happy to give them a personal tour of our facility...

Thanks

A little research indicates an oriental car orientation.

Imported into US via San Fran.. No BBB membership, but five of six complaints registered went unresolved.

Web site has been in works for a while... seems a promo sort of thing with no real legs

Other Forum feed back swing's wildly. Very bad to very good.

Sounds like various sources, not a "consolidated" factory. Do not appear to be close to a tuned header. Lengths look wrong.

Clearly knock off's of various brands. Seems an import company that has cobbled together a performance "product Line"

Good for them, but no phone number? very chessy.

Me? I'll pay more and feel good about what I buy and from whom I buy it.

"A fool and his money are soon departed" .. . . . . . . . .P.T. Barnum.

Personally, I'd hold out for Stainless Works or ARH.

Their quality is very visible.

Seeing as they are listed to fit C4 LS1/LS4 cars, I wouldnt put much faith in them fitting well.
