What can I put on my seals to bring them back to life, silicon?

Not silicon nor silicone but silicone grease. Check the normal vendors or your local GM parts house. Mine is GM stuff with GM part #. Don't have it handy now so I cannot give the number, sorry.

GM p/n 10131290. Use sparingly.

I've used lacquer thinner (wipe it on with a rag) to soften up old hardened cabin gaskets/weather stripping with pretty good results.
If they are dry rotted/cracked/ripped there is nothing to do but replace them. All replacement gaskest are not crated equal - use factory GM gaskets if you can find/afford them.
