Coolant tempswitch?
K. Well when I had my headers installed, the guys said they wired both coolant sensors together to get the same readings. Well that wasn't the case as far as both reading the same.
1994 6pd. So after re-building my motor ect. Its time to get all the smalls connected. I want to go back to the original set-up.
RIGHT NOW- I have one coolant sensor on the water pump. The connector for that runs threw the ICM ect wire package.
Then I have the ?? coolant temp SWITCH ?? on the pass side near the header ports. Is this correct. I broke mine and they said thats what the sensor is called. ANYWAY> the wire for that is comming from the knock sensor/O2 ect wire package. Is the wire going to that sensor )coolant switch) only 1 wire? or is it 2 like the one mounted on the water pump?
The wire harness for the coolant temp switch, or atleast the wire coming from the O2/knock sensor package is only 1 wire right now.
That is my questions-
What is the coolant sensor, pass side called.
How many wires are going into that sensors pig tail.?
