I also have a '95 LT1 completely stock. Best money I've put into it so far is Bosch III injectors from FIC, a new fuel regulator and filter. I've been amazed at how much better my car runs now.
rockers from $100. up don't purchase a cheap set.. something close to CC magnum roller tip
tune PCM for less or similar $124 & up
gears I think you have a dana 36 you might find some under $300.00
here is a sample http://www.drivetrainspecialists.com...6/randp-1.html
I bought the flow matched set for $289. The regulator and filter were roughly $80. I had a lot of residue, rust and small particales in the fuel rail which I cleaned and I'm glad I changed the filter. If you have any questions about the benefits of the injectors, give Jon at FIC a call. They are great to deal with.

Consider flushing the coolant, cleaning out all the debris where the radiator sits, running a 180 T-stat,and programming the cooling fans to come on sooner.
A good set of plugs and wires would be in order at 16 years old.Fuel filter.
Get the basics covered and drive it some before you upgrade.
Basic upgrades would be 1.6 roller rockers, cat back exhaust, and a dyno(not mail order)tune.Anything else will be more expensive.
3.07 gears is a good perf upgrade for an auto 2.73 geared car.
1995 vette: cant et the tail plug light bulb out. is there a trick?
If it's been in there a while it's probably corroded and stuck like most of my tail lights were. You are supposed to gently push in the bulb and give it a small twist to get them to come out. A few of the bulbs broke when trying to get them out and I had to use a needle nose pliers to get the base of the bulb out. There is a grease you use when reinstalling the bulbs that helps keep them from getting stuck. With age it can dry up and make it difficult though.
