I dont even kno if I could explain it.

Did get the rear welded in and started mocking up a few parts to check fitment along the way. Next control bars and mount a sway bar in there some where.

When I was searching for options I found that set up for a C3. It has a stronger upper base for the coilover. I like it.

That looks sick! Nice shop too, wish i had that much open space to work, that yours?

So is this whole setup a kit, or part kit part your invention, or completely your invention? Just curious, and this was done purely for fitting in much larger tires? Reason i'm interested is because i'm looking to substantially upgrade my rear end (d44) for the purpose of drag racing but i do not wanna do a 9 inch or anything.

All made by me other than the few things you have to buy. Like coilovers and wheels.

That's probably because very few of us have the skills to do what you are doing, but we all can appreciate a fantastic place to do what we are able to!

Amazing work, BTW. Can't wait to see how it performs for you once you get it dialed in.

This has been going under C1,2,3's for about 12 yrs now. About 5 yrs ago we started making billet batwings for them.

Didn't mean to be rude about the shop, the last week has been very stressfull after I cut the batwings brackets off and threw them in the scrap barrel. Lot of time money and sleepless nites invested.Just trying to put the C4 on the map and show how badass it can be with the rite combo of parts.

Some are on the shelf now. yes qa1's. springs are 475/400. lot different than what most use but i have my reasons

Thanks for all who liked it. Few more pics I took before I left tonight. This is ride height and the offset. Stance should be killer!!!

I think we're used to seeing work done on the C4's in driveways and garages. To see treatment of this level in a nice shop is frankly unusual. I'm excited to see the end product too, it's exciting seeing the work put into a C4 that a lot of us wish we could but just don't have the skills or facilities to.

Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your work with us!

OHHHHHHHH Really!! how much for the brackets?PM me if you like.
Also, why did you narrow the batwing?
I have to get out and look at my car to see how it is with stock setup but just wondering how narrowing the batwing wld let you run a wider tire.
Or was it just for the coilover setup?

Sry but the brackets won't do you any good without all the rest of the parts. Narrowing the batwing was part of the coilovers and the wider rear tire.
