clutch slave
i want to blled my hyd.clutch, so i need to remove the bleed screw, you know, its a " break-screw", so i need do extract it from the cylinder..
can i remove the piston from the cylinder, and after the drill procedure re-assemble it?
will i be able to push the piston back in the cylinder, or are there any problems?
maybe a stupid question, but better than a possible defect
thanks
please, someone correct me if I am wrong!

Pain in the butt isn't it? I have no idea why they did this. Also best way to get all the air out is a reverse flush using a Phoenix injector. Otherwise, after removal raise the slave as high as possible (over the master) to bleed / flush properly.
I pulled my slave after it locked up. it was all rusted up etc... I could not find and easy out that would work on it, I wound up cutting a slot into to loosen it with a screw driver. I could not find a bleeder that fit indside it. After screwing around with it so much I gave up and picked up the DRM slave and master for ~300 bucks.
I bled it the hard way, pumping the cylinder in and out by hand, from under the car, pushing the rod agaist a bolt hole under the frame, when it started to get full of fluid I was not able to press it in anymore. it has been fine for 2 years or 20K miles.
why i asked this ...reassembling, aso
my clutch cylinder eats the fluid, ok...
i want to check, where it goes, and so i have to remove the slave from the housing, and must bleed when reassembling...
here in Austria, it takes about 3-5 weeks, when you order a US-Car-Part, so i must reassemble the cylinder when i want to drive my car-and i want:D :D
ok, maybe anybody know what to do
