My pass side headlight does not close level it droops just a little. They function just fine but the look of it bothers me. How do I adjust the light so that when it is closed it is lined with the hood perfect?

There is a **** on the motor for hand-cranking it open/closed. Use that to rotate it a bit. Then, you'll find "stops" that can be adjusted to even things up.

I know I can turn the **** to level the light out but how do I get it to stay level once I have turned the **** all the way tight?

Look and you will see 2 rubber bumpers on each headlight one top, one bottom. One is to adjust where the headlight stops when it flips open, the other is for where the headlight stops when it flips closed.Adjust these to get the stopping point that you want.....WW

Those are the stops I was talking about. If the headlight is not sitting against the "stop bumper", you may have an issue with nylon gears stripping. See the headlight sticky at the top of the C4Tech forum for more detail.
There are also 2 screws on the front and back of the headlight lid that you can adjust the height of the lid so it fits flush with the hood, you have to remove the headlight bezel to see them.
If you can use the manual **** to level them after the light cycles you most likely have an internal problem with the motor. Read the sticky up at the top of this page, take the motor apart and check the gears, bushings and for dried up lube as mentioned. The motor senses the increased torque when it hits the stop and if something is causing the proper amount of torque before it is actually at the right location it will stop running as well. If the parts look OK, clean everything up and relube it. Hopefully that will solve it. New plastic gears and bushings are not expensive so maybe think about going ahead and rebuilding it.
where did you get the bushings? My headlights work fine but they are starting to bounce around a little bit. They arent tight and solid when i go over bumps. They have a little play and it drives me crazy when my lights are flickering/shaking because of it. It feels like the whole assembly has play in it.

They have bushings around the pivot points kind of like the bushing you see in the counter weights in a distributer. I did not have any bushing and did not feel like paying a Corvette tax for a .02 part so I made some. I found some similar material drilled the same size hole and shaved the outside until it pushed into the wore out hole. when I tightened up the big nut on the main rod the light pivots on it pulled everything tight and it worked GREAT!
