egr and AIR delete
I have a 94 LT1 corvette motor that I'm usisng for a motor swap. I want to get rid of the egr/AIR. I have headers and I am using the O2 sensors. I know I have to get the block off plates, but I have heard different answers with "tuning" the comp. to delete the code, is this true for a 94 OBD1. Will I get a light, will the engine run fine. Please help.

In short...
yes, your engine will be fine.
No, you will not get a code with the OBD1. If it was a 96 OBDII car then it may be a problem.
A good tune is always a great idea to maximize the efficiency of the aftermarket parts you put on. If you don't plan to mod your engine much more, then I would source a tune from someone like PCMforless or a local dyno shop.
