From: Amateur driver on open course.

New nitrous prollem...

...it is about 85 here today! Bottle pressure's way high! almost 1200 psi. How you keep these things cool?

purge it or just keep the bottle covered! i had the same problem at the track i was actually putting ice on the bottle to keep the heat down! But i never liked wasting nitrous especially costing 1.50 a lb :cry

The best thing I would recommend is keeping it out of the sun. If your cargo cover can be extended over it, I would go that route.

Also, 1200psi isn't that bad but, it is a little high.
