TPS adjustments
The TB on my car is for a 1990 and I'm using the adjustable TPS. I usually set it for .550 volts.
I bought a non adjustable TPS and put that on and it reads .700 volts. Is that within range?

I assume you're using the non 90 ECM (which auto sets base voltage).
I've seen on here some guys like to set it a bit higher to improve throttle response. I am sure there a few down sides to it also.
IMO, just take a small round file and elongate the holes so you can rotate it a bit. It doesn't take very much at all..
