It still lights up some what from where the crack is I wont have any of the collant temp/volt function. But I can live with that temporary while I figure out the main problem of why it flickers and does not always light up. I am about to remove the power supply and check it out and go from there. Thanks

Your post that your High beam indicator was on and everything else was blank was an easy fix. You had a bad ground. You said that fixed that problem. No one even you could have knowned that you had no other functions. You can offen have more then one thing wrong. Try not to bash!! Like others have said you can try to find a used one or you can send it in to one of the many electronic repair shops. Most even brake down what it is going to cost you to replace the things you may need.

It's been a long time and I don't know if Jim is still doing this, but as you're in Mass, Jim Adams in Salem may be able to help. I've bought LCDs from him in the past.

Worth a shot.

I found his info and his shop address on a old post but I was unable to find him as I work near Salem. I will try his email and see what happens.

I know your posts are old, but, if you still have the problem, look at the dash with polarized sunglasses on and instead of bright squares, you will see the read outs. If so, the polarized film is available for about $15, colors cost @$99.
