I found that my earlier problems stem from my optispark biting the big one. So now as I have to tear out the supercharger, ato get to the optispark I also have to remove the waterpump.
I tried to remove the bolts however it seems that the shaft does not want to "break loose" ... is there a secret? The enginne has 90,000 miles on it.
I'm thinking while I have it off it would probably be agood idea to replace the water pump as well.
Does anyonehave any hints? Valiums? Big hammers? :smash: :smash:
Re: waterpump removal- Is there a trick? (Mo_Bandy)
The job requires some blood. Once I leak a little, the job gets easier. Yes there is a bolt behind the bracket. I got to mine without removing the bracket. it was tricky.
