So I just finished replacing the brake booster, Driver's O2 sensor, Master Clutch and now the car won't start? I'm getting codes C12 and H65. I'm assuming it's a problem with the new 02 sensor?

Update with more info.

I pulled the plug on the new O2 still isn't turning over. I checked the P.S O2 to make sure it wasn't touching the exhaust it's fine. I replaced that one a week ago and it started fine afterwards. The car started fine before I did the work on the PBB and clutch master. Its just me so I'm kind of limited on what I can do solo here. The OPTI, Water Pump, Coil were all changed a week ago and ran afterwards there's no moisture/leak. The interesting tidbit is the battery was dead this morning I have it jumped off the truck. The batter in the vette is brand new.

Not sure where where to go from here?

Fuel pump is working, getting fuel from the release valve. I'm not seeing a spark on #2 plug after I pulled to test it. I did notice that both fans kick on as soon as the key is in the ON position the HVAC is off and I'm no longer in diagnostic mode.
