Default AIR BAG Light

I have a 1994 LT1 Coupe - and the AIR BAG Light came on after getting passenger side window adjusted. (might be related - might not...)

The mechanic checked for codes - and no codes. (OBDI)

Are there any sensors or grounds in the door that might have tripped it?

Where do i start with this?

You have to pull the codes from the CCM not the ECM. On my year the problem is usually corrosion on the sensor, but you need to pull your codes and see. Do a search and you will find out the procedure to pull the codes (not that hard) and go from there. I also found that when I had to reset the code, grounding the lead like the FSM said did not work. I had to ground it to Pin A (I believe).

Thank you - I will discuss with my mechanic.

For the record where is the CCM outlet?
