Fuel Pump problem

I was changing out a fuel pump trying to solve fuel pressure problems and I lost power to the pump during that process. This pump does work. I have checked the FP1, 10 AMP fuse and I am trying to find the 20 amp fuse shown in the wiring diagram. Any help on where this is located and any ideas as to what could have happened to cause the power loss would be appreciated. I do have the FSM and I will try to follow the trouble shooting flow diagrams this afternoon, but a little help as what to look for would be great.

The 20 amp fuse is located in the underhood fuse block #1, left rear of engine compartment behind the battery. See figure #37, page 8A-201-15.
