California smog testing sucks! I have finally gotten my '89 C4 to blow cleaner than Monica Lewinsky with a mouth full of Altoids(even with the new lower NOX limits)!
1 new EGR valve, 2 new cats, a located misfire(grounding plug wire) and she's good to go.
I think we should be able to write off the multiple smog tests that it takes, 4 in my case.
So good to be rolling again, running fine. The new steering rack, PS pump and hoses plus the new brake power booster doesn't hurt I'm sure. Now it's off to paint!

1st 200 miles in the books since the resurrection and she's running great, steering and brakes are better than ever. Came down the 25 miles through Bouquet Canyon this am and drove like a dream, except I think I need new rear shocks, probably fronts as well.
Is it just my C4 or do they always need something?
