Default Help! code 41 and 42

Long story but I will try to shorten it. Put my Vette on the road for the first time in four years. Drove it for three days with no problems. On the way home Tuesday the car bogged down and stalled out. Let it sit five minutes and it fired up. It hesitated bad for two miles, cleared out and I drove it home twenty miles. Got home pulled a code 41 and 42. I was thinking mem cal so I checked ckt 450 and it checked good. Unhook the battery hook it up start it, those codes are gone but now I have code 25, 32 and 34. If I let it run a while those codes go away and 41 and 42 come back. I cleaned the ground on the bellhousing to no avail. It has always run good but not great. Seems like it surges a lot at cruising speeds. It's an 86 auto all stock except for a ZZ4. And a reman Delco ecm was put in last fall due to no injector pulse. Any ideas? I'm totally clueless at this point.

All the grounds for the ECM are attached to a bolt, just above oil filter. Have you checked to see if the connections are clean and tight ?

Code 42 could be the EST bypass connector is unplugged, worth a look.

That is the ground I cleaned but was no help. I'm leaning towards a memcal but can't be sure. It's never thrown codes but has always had crazy scanner readings. Coolant temps in the negatives. I'm so lost at this point.
