I would like to know the (correct) answer to this question too.
I'm currently in the process of eliminating some wiring around the battery. I just removed the original fan relay and now bumped into this.. and want it out of there.
It has 4 cables going to it.
2 go into that epicly stupid junction block by the battery.
1 goes into that main wiring loom on the left hand side of the engine bay which runs forward to the headlights. I believe it's black.
1 red cable goes to a circular-single-pin plug.
Edit: I forgot to mention it's directly under the bonnet-stop-holder thingo.. by the door.
I found a pic of it in this old(er) Corvette Forum thread https://www.corvetteforum.com/c4-tec...questions.html
POST #15
That's the one.
One guy says on page 2 "MAF burn-off relay" but I'm not sure which pic/post he's referring to.
I'm going to assume it's the MAF burn-off relay and remove it.
