Default What the difference between GS and J55 rotors?
Is it just the coated hub?

Are they form, fit, function compatible?

The Auto Zone warranty on their AIMCO/Koni brand rotors just dropped from 2 years to 90 days. This is all part#'s, not just Corvette. As of today, their Auto Zone's price is $90 each (with no shipping fee).

Just recieved my order from Jeff Kopp for two front GS rotors. Took one day for delivery and cost $193 shipped. That is cheaper than Autozone and they have a little black paint on them:)

The GS rotors will rust where not painted. Of course the rust will come off the area where the brake pad touches the rotor when next drven but there are areas that retain the rust around the black painted hup. :(
