Cold starting issues

I just bought a 1990 C4/auto and I am having issues with it idling correctly when cold. It tends to die if I dont at least feather the gas for a min or so on start. Once it warms a bit it seems to seek a little but stays running. When it is completely warmed up it will idle fine. I am just looking for opinions on what it could be without throwing parts at it.

Does it sounds like the IAC? TPS? or maybe just needs cleaned? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check the tune-up parts, weak spark can really problem when its cold.
Check the fuel pressure & make sure it holds it after the engine is off. You might have dirty injectors.
