Lost keys
I lost my keys for my 1993. I went to the dealer and had keys recut. When I try to start the car the key turns but it is like the battery is dead. If I put it in diagnostic mode it will crank but no start. The coad is worng key. What is the next step.

take it back and have them cut the right key?
Yep, that's the symptom for the wrong VATS key blank. Your VIN# should have told them what key but they may have messed them up on the rack. After they look up your key have them put the new key in the interrogator to very the proper key blank.
