91 Brake Rotor Minimum thickness...
trying to decide on new rotors or smooth current ones. I didn't note the number stamped on the rotor last time the wheels were off. I measured .703 at the lowest point on the front left a month ago. Anyone???

For standard front rotors: min=0.744 and discard=0.724
For heavy duty front rotors: min=1.059 and discard=1.039
Rear rotors: min=0.744 and discard=0.724
These are the specs out of the '96 manual (although all '96's had heavy duty front rotors). It also states that you should go by the number stamped in the rotor.
