I have a '88 35th collector vette with 22K mi. After driving it any distance and parking it it is a little hard starting. What it seems like to me is that the injectors leak down all the fuel from the rails into the cylinders so it's flooded. Other than this it runs fine. Anybody seen this peoblem? Thanks in advance for any help.

I doubt that is the problem. It sounds more like the pump or FPR. Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? Can you hear the pump priming when you turn the key to on? Is the fuel filter the original? Many things to check before you can assume injectors are leaking that much. It is more likely you are not getting enough fuel that getting way too much.
I have not checked the fuel pressure. Yes I can hear the pump run and come up to pressure when I turn the switch on. I would say that the filter is probably the original and yes that should be eliminated Thanks.
Do you get smoke from the exhaust when you start it?Does your oil smell like gas.If not It might be your cold start system either the injector or the temp sending sensor .

That could be your problem; I had the same issue with my 1988 TPI firebird. After replacing the injectors, this issue was eliminated. Other issues could be the cold start injector or the fuel pressure regulator vacuum diaphragm could be leaking slowly.
