OVERHEATING
Summer is here, now when I am in gridlock in the Miami traffic and heat, the car gets hot ONLY with the AC ON. It runs fine all day, even at an idle with the AC off. What can this be? Please help- its getting hot down here!

Yes, check the area between your AC condensor and radiator. It is likely filled up with all sorts of garbage. Check tech tips for instructions.

I had the exact same problem with my '94 and it was that my aux. fan had went out. This is the fan
that is supposed to come on when the temp. reaches a certain point (220 I think). Make sure to check
the aux. fan relay, the aux. fan switch on the pass. side of the block (LT-1) and the underhood fuse
block (which I initally did not check), there is also another fuse on the interior fuse panel. Also, it
really helps to pull out the radiator and clean all of the leaves, rocks, etc. that are built up in it, mine
didn't look that dirty when I looked at it still in the car, but after actually pulling it out and looking
at it, it was very clogged and not letting air through. Hope this helps.
